Shipping
Orders are dispatched from Lower Hutt, New Zealand, using NZ Post after payment has been received. Tracking information will be supplied once your order has been sent.
New Zealand Delivery
Urban / Non-Rural Tracked Delivery: $7.50
Rural Delivery / RD Addresses: $15.00
Customers with a Rural Delivery or RD address must select NZ Rural Tracked Delivery at checkout. If the incorrect option is selected, we may contact you for the additional delivery cost before dispatch.
Estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Australia Delivery
Tracked shipping to Australia is calculated according to the total weight of your order. The available delivery option and price will be displayed at checkout.
International Delivery
International shipping is available to selected countries. Shipping prices are based on the weight of your order and are displayed at checkout.
Shipping to the United States is currently unavailable.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by their country.
