Shipping Information

New Zealand Delivery

All New Zealand orders are sent using a tracked NZ Post delivery service.

Urban / Non-Rural Delivery
Customers with an urban address should select the standard New Zealand tracked delivery option at checkout.

Rural Delivery
Customers with a rural or RD address must select the New Zealand Rural Delivery option at checkout. Rural delivery attracts an additional charge from NZ Post.

If the incorrect shipping option is selected, we may contact you to arrange payment of the additional rural delivery cost before the order is sent.

Australia

Tracked shipping is available to Australia. The available shipping options and prices will be displayed at checkout.

International Delivery

International shipping is available to selected countries. Available delivery options and prices will be displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or other fees charged by their country.

United States

Shipping to the United States is currently unavailable due to import-duty requirements and the high cost of suitable courier services.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order. Ministry of Swimming cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and may be affected by weekends, public holidays or unexpected delays.
