MOS EVA Kick Paddles

The MOS EVA Kick Paddles are an original training design created by John Ross to provide swimmers with a more effective alternative to a traditional kickboard.

Unlike a kickboard, which swimmers can lean on or use for support, these lightweight foam paddles encourage you to hold your body in a more natural, streamlined position while kicking. This helps reinforce correct posture, body alignment and head position throughout the set.

The compact hand-held design allows swimmers to maintain balance without resting their upper body on equipment. Because the paddles stay securely on the hands using the centre-finger supports, swimmers can complete tumble turns easily and continue kicking without constantly stopping to adjust their equipment.

Used correctly, the MOS Kick Paddles can help swimmers get more benefit from shorter, focused kicking sets by encouraging stronger leg engagement, improved thigh development and greater ankle flexibility.
